Our fearless leader! Dr. O is not only a super nerd (hello, Permian Basin dental society Prez, board certified, top resident, Midland's GOLD orthodontist), but is kind, gentle and funny! Talk about a doctor who truly cares about his patients... this guy is like no other! He goes above and beyond ALWAYS, with YOUR care in mind.
Cynthia Oldham
Treatment Coordinator, Boss Babe
When Cynthia isn't running around town with one of her 4 little boys, she is making sure your Oldham Ortho experience is the absolute best. Making new friends and loving on people is totally her thing. Cynthia also has a heart for educating patients on their treatment plan. Every question will be answered and you'll leave feeling confident and fully informed.
Norma
Orthodontic Assistant
Ms. Norma keeps our clinic running calmly and smoothly. She loves educating patients, laughing and keeping Dr. O in line! She's cool and quiet with a side of funny. Everyone needs a Norma in their life!
Sayrah
Communications Coordinator
Sayrah runs the front office like a champ, and makes sure you are taken care of as soon as you walk in! Got a question? Sayrah is your girl! She keeps us on time (you're welcome) and is our scheduling and communications queen!
Briseyda
Sterilization/Records
Bri keeps the clinic tidy and on time! While insuring that all instruments are properly cleaned and packed, she also snaps photos and XRAYS. Bri keeps us young with her spunky vibe and fun energy.
Michelle
Insurance Coordinator
The. Best. In. The. West!!! Michelle knows her stuff when it comes to insurance. She understands the fine print with orthodontic coverage and can walk you through your benefits. If there is coverage to be found... she is going to find it and help you to maximize it! Michelle is the insurance shark and you can trust that she has your back!
Brooke
Orthodontic Assistant
Brooke brings the HAPPY! She sings, runs the lab, answers calls, loves treating the hard cases and is always ready to try new things. Her sweet voice and kind demeanor is the best. She laughs at pretty much everything and now Dr. O thinks that his dad jokes are the best...Yikes. (JK!) If you need a pick me up - Brooke is your girl!
Carla
Orthodontic Assistant
The quiet one, that also loves to laugh. She has 12+ years experience and is great with patients. Carla has a heart of gold and loves to learn all the nerdy things that Dr. O throws at her. Don't let that sweet smile fool you... she also loves horror movies! AHHH.
